Our Story
Aurrow Property Management Services was founded with a clear and personal mission: to create spaces where people feel truly at ease.
The idea for Aurrow was born in 2017, when our founder began managing a few short-term rental units in BGC while working at a startup. Coordinating with multiple third-party service providers—cleaners, repairmen, and more—quickly became a daily source of stress. Missed appointments, poor communication, and unresolved issues revealed a frustrating gap in professionalism and reliability.
That experience became a turning point.
In 2019, driven to offer something better, our founder began building a team from the ground up—training people not just to perform tasks, but to embody values like integrity, reliability, and genuine care. What began as a small cleaning service has since grown into a trusted, full-service property management company serving homeowners, offices, and businesses across Makati, Taguig, Pasay, Pasig, and beyond.
